- Shipping & Delivery
- All online orders should be processed and shipped within 24 hours. Although, we strive prevent any backordered items, it is sometimes unavoidable. If one or more of the items in the order is on backorder, we’ll ship the order incomplete. As soon as the backordered item becomes available, we’ll ship it separately.
- Privacy & Security
- We take personal privacy very seriously. Therefore, we use an established and secure payment site called Authorize.net to capture information for all regular payments (unless PayPal is chosen, which has its own security policy at paypal.com). It automatically encrypts the critical data only allowing us to see pertinent order information. You may view their privacy policy at authorize.net.
- Returns & Replacements
- 1. Return merchandise and a copy of the original packing slip or receipt to the address listed at the bottom of the packing slip (or return to sender).
2. You will be notified via e-mail once your return / exchange has been received and processed.
